Before you bid
- Read the file manifest, not the description. The manifest lists what you get, with sizes. A description can be enthusiastic; a manifest cannot.
- Check the licence. Single use means one game. Unlimited means all of yours. Exclusive means the seller can never sell it again, and costs accordingly.
- Look at the seller strip. Roblox account age and tier badge are on every listing. A new account selling a $400 system is worth a question.
- Ask in the Q&A, not in DMs. A public answer is binding on the seller in a dispute. A Discord message is not.
- Check compatibility. "Legacy" means you will be doing work.
Bidding well
Decide what it is worth to you, enter that once, and walk away. We bid the minimum needed to keep you in front and only go higher if someone pushes you.
- Bidding early costs you nothing. Your maximum is never revealed.
- Sniping does not work here. A bid in the last two minutes extends the auction by two.
- "Reserve not met" means the seller set a hidden minimum you have not reached. If it is still not met at close, nobody wins.
- Buy It Now vanishes the moment anyone bids. If you want it now, take it now.
- Watch instead of bidding if you are unsure. You get an email an hour before it closes.
A bid is a commitment
Winning means being charged. Retractions are only possible for an obvious entry error inside 60 seconds, and two non-payment strikes suspends bidding on your account.
When you win
- Your saved card is charged automatically when the auction closes.
- The money goes to RoAuction, not the seller. They cannot touch it yet.
- Your download stays locked until you click "I've verified this is what I bought".
- If the charge fails we retry once after 15 minutes. Fix your card before that.
Checking what arrived
You have five downloads and links that expire after 15 minutes. Use the first one to look, not to ship.
- Open the archive. Compare it against the manifest, file by file.
- Drop it into an empty Studio place and check it runs before you confirm.
- Read the scripts. Anything you cannot read is a reason to stop. Our scanner rejects obfuscated Lua, but read anyway.
- Your licence key is in
LICENSE.txtinside the archive and on your order page.
If it is wrong
Do not confirm. Open a dispute from your purchases page. It freezes the payout instantly, before anything has left the platform.
Be specific. "The manifest lists InventoryClient.lua and the archive does not contain it" resolves in a day. "It is bad" does not.
The two mistakes everybody makes
1. Taking the deal off-platform
A seller offers a discount for paying in Robux, PayPal or group funds. The moment you do there is no escrow, no delivery log, and nothing anybody can do for you.
2. Confirming before looking
Confirming is not a receipt. It unlocks the files and starts the seller's payout clock. Open the archive first; it takes two minutes.
